Executive Summary

I EXCEL is a magazine-based Enhanced Career Support Services Readiness Tool designed to strengthen Independent Transitional Living Plans (ITLPs) through workforce readiness education and interactive, facilitator-led workshops. Each participant receives a physical (or digital) magazine that becomes a take-home life tool. Workshops are led by licensed I EXCEL Program Specialists and are built directly around the magazine pages to create a memorable, structured learning experience that bridges vital gaps in readiness, confidence, and follow-through.
